About Me - Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney Expert

Axis is the trading name of me, Jack Gould, and I am a legally trained expert in Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, based in Derbyshire. 

I was born in Kent and relocated to the Midlands in the summer of 2025 with my husband and son. I now work with individuals and families across England & Wales, helping them establish clear, practical legal arrangements for the future, particularly in the areas of Private Client Law. 

Professional Background

I am trained by the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEX) to Paralegal level, specializing in Private Client Law, and I am an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (ACILEx).  

My training focuses on Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate, and Trust Administration, enabling me to provide informed guidance and document preparation services in these critical areas.  

I am also a Listening Volunteer with the Samaritans, where I develop and apply the communication and empathy skills essential for supporting individuals through sensitive and often emotional decisions.  

I am not a Solicitor and I am not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. Where your circumstances require specialist regulated legal advice, I will recommend that you consult a qualified and regulated lawyer.
